In order to bring an end to the war between the two rivalling Lycan families in the City of Moon, Euryale finds herself alone bearing the responsibility of saving her pack and her loved ones. For the Treaty to be invoked, she must give herself to the ruthless Alpha-to-be of the Morgenstern family in exchange for peace.

As a mere half-breed, it will be impossible to earn the respect of those who look down upon her and win against those who seek for her downfall, especially the cold and distant Lorcan Morgenstern, the man she is promised to. But she only discovers she may need him more than she realised, and a fight for her freedom and her family's lives becomes a fight against her own heart.
