The Tressians

Nineteen- year-old, Estelle always knew her dream to explore the world was impossible. No one ever leaves or enters the island of Tressia. But nothing prepares Estelle for the shock she gets when she realises the fugitive had snuck into her pocket a potent hair serum. A serum with the power to tip the balance in Tressia's apartheid conflict.

Now targeted by both intelligence and rebel forces, Estelle finds herself facing two deadly choices: Hand the serum over to Tressia's paranoid Rapunzel-like queen and set-off a bloody ethnic cleansing within her own people. Or surrender it to her community's biggest enemy and watch her father and best-friend hang for her treason. Lying won't work and destroying the serum won't work either. There is no third option. Someone will die and Estelle must decide who.
