That's how Dex feels.
What if you weren't the pretty Vacker everyone thought you were what if you were strong didn't care about the legacy but no one cared?
That's what Biana feels.
What if you were drowning. What if your life was thrown upside down your parents didn't care atleast your father didn't what if your own twin brother was pushing you away.
That was what was happening to linh.
What if you weren't the perfect Golden Boy everyone thought you were. If you wanted someone you couldn't have. If you came out and told people they'd yell shout and hurt you.
That's what Fitz is afraid of.
What if you liked someone that tried to push you away or you had a feud with?
That was what was happening with Keefe
What if you liked someone but your feud got in your way warning you off because of your past that could come back any time and haunt you?
That was the thing that was stopping Tam
