In his hometown of London England, in the grand year of 1884, Noel Décarterét is quite the celebrity- more or less.

At the young age of 23 year old, Noel has gotten quite good at his job- his job being working the nights in Romeo's Maison de Joie (house of joy) and giving joy to everyone that visits him... among other things. 

His boss, Romeo Vicenza is a specail thing indeed. He does not mess around, especially when it come to his business. Which usually means for Noel and the rest of Romeo's little doves to get pranced around like livestock, and often help in securing deals with their... talents. 

Noel, however, is getting tired of his cage. His heart takes flight after he met Claude Dubois during one of Romeo's "meetings" 

At first, he was just happy to find another Frenchmen in Romeo's sea of Italian treasures, but his infatuation quickly blossomed into something more...
