After Tomura Shigaraki of the Paranormal Liberation Front wakes up from his enhancement, he fights the heroes, leveling the Jaku General Hospital and much of the surrounding city in the process. Following that, he pulls off a prison break of the most secure prison in all of Japan, releasing the country's most dangerous and powerful villains. Among the jailbreakers is an infamous black-and-white villain.
