Poseidon and Cassandra, Sally, met in London in December. Cassandra had gotten the news that she would be wed to Lucius Malfoy, and she was devastated. All her family cared about was being pure-blooded, and marrying other pure-blooded wizards was a way to ensure that. Cassandra hated Lucius. When Poseidon and Cassandra met, they fell in love and conceived a child.
Cassandra was so happy with what she had done that she immediately told her family with a look of pride on her face. Her parents were so enraged that they disowned her on the spot. Sirius, James, and Lily followed her to New York for support.

For nine months, Sally and Lily were pregnancy buddies. They shared everything, comforted each other, and prepared for their children. Sally's and Lily's children were one month apart-Harry in July and Callisto in August-but they knew the two would be friends until the end.

Before Poseidon and Cassandra had separated, Poseidon had given her a beautiful giant pearl so big she had to cup her hands to hold it. "This way," he says. "I can see our child all the time." Cassandra always assumed Poseidon just loved Greek Mythology and that his work as a fisherman would've kept him away from their child. Still, she adored the gift and ensured Poseidon "saw" his child.

While Poseidon was surprised to see Sally's heritage, it didn't stop him from loving her and his daughter. Everything was well until the war ended.

Emily Potter is not as well known as her little nephew Harry. Emily was only six years old when James and Lily were murdered. Everyone was sure that James' parents weren't going to have another baby, until Emily came around. James loved Emily with all of his heart, so when his parents died, he took her in. Emily lived with Lily and James, and eventually Harry, until the day James and Lily were murdered, then everything changed. Emily was sent to live with James' friend Remus Lupin, as Harry was sent to live with Petunia and Vernon Dursley. Remus cared for Emily as best as he could, considering he didn't have much money to raise a child. Emily loved Remus; seen him like the older brother she had lost. Like her nephew, Emily became friends with Weasleys, but her Weasley friends were Bill and Charlie. When Emily was of age, she still hadn't heard much of her nephew. Remus didn't even tell her that he was still alive until she was almost fifteen. She missed the boy, though she had only really known him for a year before James and Lily were gone. Emily wanted Harry taken in to her care once she was of age, but Dumbledore would not allow it. He believed Harry was safe with the Dursley family. So, Emily left to Romania with Charlie, but not for the same reason as Charlie. While Emily lived in Romania with Charlie, she did not follow the same career path. Charlie worked with dragons, and Emily decided to be a babysitter for wizards and witches. The money was great, which made her wonder why Dumbledore believed she was incompetent of raising Harry. She wanted him to have the best, but she'd never be able to see him. When she does finally meet him once again, not everything is going to be all sunshine and rainbows...

At some point I'm going to rewrite this because it's absolutely shitty lol but I'll leave this version up BC... Nostalgia? Idk. Anyway, this book will get a new chapter announcing when the rewritten version is up. Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Jaleo (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot. YAYAY HIGH RANKINGS THAT IM PROUD OF: 5th in pjofandom as of 19th October 2024, out of 3.71 or something thousand stories (how tf)

This is the second part of Mortem, if you haven't read that already, do so before reading Frigus, for nothing will make sense :) tw: drugs, graphic violence and torture - Nephera Winchester's life was far from simple, and now that she had exposed Dumbledore's true colors in front of the entire Order, everything was about to get much more complicated. Unfortunately for her, having her ex-headmaster and the Dark Lord conspiring against her was only one of the many problems she was facing. Some time ago, she had visited a fortune-teller. Never having been a fan of divination, Nephera simply thought of it as a way to pass the time, the news she received, however, were far from happy. Loss. Heartbreak. Betrayal. Who would she lose? In the middle of a war, the possibilities were endless, truly. And what did heartbreak mean?Sure, she and Sirius had started out as enemies, but now they were dating, and their relationship was thriving, surely, he wouldn't break up with her. And who would betray the Order? With the Dark Lord growing stronger every passing day, people were growing scared, there was no telling what someone might do to stay alive. Not to mention, the fortune-teller's words were only the tip of the iceberg when it came to cryptic tales about the future. After a visit to the Fae kingdom and a talk with the High Fae, she found out that her life and its course had been marked in the skies the second it began. Twenty-one stars fell from the sky the day she was born. And now, those same stars told the tale of three true lions and two true snakes, who had an imperative role to play in the war. What did the twenty-one falling stars signify? Nephera raked her brain time and time again to figure it out, but she couldn't. And who were the three true lions and two true snakes? She only had one other friend in Slytherin, Regulus Black, who was serving as her spy on Voldemort's side, but in Gryffindor, she had a lot more than three friends.

"You fucking hate him." she snarled to her reflection sternly, "You hate him. You hate him. You hate him." She hated that the more she said it aloud, the more wrong it felt on her lips. _ Deep in the history of the Wizarding World, buried for centuries, there is the story of an ancient connection said to tie the souls, bodies and minds of two people. Nothing like the split of a soul into parts, more of two souls fashioned from the same piece of root magic, like calling to like. One in the same, two sides of the same coin. A fold. Soulties they were called, and those that were bound were known as the Soultied. But they were meant to be only legend, haven't been seen in hundreds of years. So what is to happen when the prophecy of the Chosen Ones is set in motion and two people, born on opposite sides of a war, fated to be enemies discover they are in fact real, and even worse, they are bound together for eternity, mind and body.
