While he was drunk, then he forgets about that and thought it was a dream so he ends up calling her by his pet name for her. If you want a sad poem to cry to, this is one.
Why did he kill her? Nobody really knows.
Did he actually love her? Only for his needs.
Why is this about a toxic relationship? It is based on it because we are getting into toxic relationships every single day, without knowing it. But this is a really toxic one, to the point it is obsessive, stalkerish and manipulative. Not really good, so here you go if you want to be cautious. Except you really don't know until it is too late.
