Fireworks can be considered short lived, but it's the memory of them that lives forever.
Sekien Kanosora, a boy who had never heard of Demon's gets his story intertwined with killing them. But so long as he can travel the country, kick Demon ass, and possibly (but never really) get a girlfriend in the process, he's not complaining any time soon.
From Zero to Hero, this is the journey of a Hashira's rise to power, and how he became a light for everyone.

This story will have mild Manga spoilers. You have been warned.
This is the first book that I've ever written to be an OC story, compared to my old Male Reader books. As well as being in an entirely new format. So this is a little outside of my comfort zone. Please do let me know your thoughts if you have any, and I hope you enjoy!

After you both began to grow to try and achieve a future desired. You unfortunately faced the worst event in your lifetime. Rengoku had already moved elsewhere and during the couple days he's not been in the neighborhood anymore. The worst had happened. Striving to become a demon slayer, you became the enemy without choice. Miserably living your couple of days as a demon. It wasn't until a Hashira found you eventually. When brought to fight a foe that you were under prepared for, you find a familiar face in them. Stuck between wanting to die without another word or saying something. You let it all out regardless if your superior limited your every move. Now what would an old friend do in such a situation now that you guys are way off from a chance of redeeming any bond? The wheel of fate tries to find balance in between a on-going war. A demon with a demon slayer, nonetheless a Hashira at that; this violates code on both sides that were either written or just common sense. When attempting to work it out, you find each other to have a hard time even making it possible. Making the situation worse the longer you bond after lost time. Will your interactions contribute to Rengoku's life greatly and will be so that in your case? With time going on, you give your hand to the corps as well for any complications. If attending missions with Slayers, you rely on Shinobu's girls to watch your unique son while you're away.
