Like most fan-fictions. This story is my take on the story from beginning to end. This is not a back in time story. No-Op Rimuru from the start. There will be new characters and new skills added into this. As well as I might take other characters from other Anime and turn them into a skill. There shall also be dark and non-friendly Rimuru of course. As well as NO HAREM. This story might have some mature themes in it but I never really know, So please enjoy.

Tensura: Melting the Eternal Frost - Book 1
This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard lacks substantial characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime, since my story picks up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats of the original light novel, so some arcs will be glossed over with minor changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates, as I tend to reread chapters and catch minor mistakes here and there. (Note that this is Book 1 for the full story.) Also, it goes without saying that I do not own the series 'That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.' Check out and read the original light novel written by Fuse.

In this fanfic, this story will briefly discuss Rimuru's mindset (which passive & pacifistic ). This new version of Rimuru will have proper ruler's attitude and not allows apologizing for the smallest mishaps. But don't worry will still have his personality but there will slight improvements. ( let's be honest he deserves respect) In in my personal opinion, I never did understand why Japanese animes allows that 'no-back bone main character' who even lets his subordinates boss him around a little when his is supposed to be the master!!! smh . Rimuru was taking a break after the entire orc invasion incident and decided to take a stroll through the forest. While walking along he runs into a monster that was run out of their home by the orcs and lost their entire family to the attack. With nowhere to call home and no family to go back to, Rimuru accepts the monster into the new and growing town as his adopted daughter. The story will follow the main story beats of the light novel, but events will be changed due to a close bond forming between Rimuru and the new monster. The bond will be explored along with the world around the two of them, giving more depth to the characters and allowing them to move outside of the main story's narrative. This is my first time writing something like this so I apologies if there are any glaring issues you may notice. With that said if you see something that could use improving, I invite you to drop a comment and let me know about it so the story can be improved for everyone. The Mature rating is mostly just to cover my bases as I don't know where things will go as the story progresses. I of course don't own "That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime' so please check out the original work by Fuse.

this is my first fanfic and English isn't my first language so if I make any mistake then point it out so I can improve. I enjoy reading Tensura fanfics, so I decided to write one myself. This story will closely follow the Main plot of the original, but with a few changes, Rimuru will be a bit smarter and stronger than in canon. The main ship will be Rimuru ciel because let's be honest, it's the perfect match, with some development between Rimuru Hinata as well , since I like her character.
