Dear readers,
Here lies all of my thoughts, feelings, and stories. Some I have lived, others I've gathered from wounded souls that want their story shared. But all of these stories are personal and intimate. Some topics are extremely triggering, hence the title of this book. So please, proceed with caution. I want people who can relate to these stories to feel heard. That someone is on your side and you aren't alone. Is broken souls are all healing together in our own ways. Nothing and no one can define us. Keep growing beautiful people.

This is for all of you who feel like the world hates you. Who takes a blade to their skin. Who looks them self in the mirror and criticizes themselves. Who is hurt on the outside. Who is broken on the inside. Who feel the need to stay strong and cry by themselves in the dark emptiness. Who feel like they have no one when they are surrounded by millions. Who are hit. Who are tortured. Who are hurt. Who weep. Who need a hug from someone once in a while to unload the hurt. The pain they carry within them coiled in the disaster and wretched awakening of their tears is more than we can measure. No one but them knows the feeling and the burden they carry. I hope you read this, and feel like this has helped you. Even if one in a million love you, sometimes that one persons love can cover the other nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine people's hate. Just know that there are people who will love you. deep down everyone has secrets , deep down everyone is in pain. some people are just better at hiding it or feel like pain is okay. a girl who seems happy and a guy who can read her like a book pass ways just In this book. tears and joy ,cries and hugs. everything will be okay if she just would have one good luck. Have you ever wondered what goes on inside of the mind of a truly broken soul? The mind of a person with severe mental disorders. The one who smiles on the outside but is really dying within. Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them. Fourteen year-old girl named Asa, has had an alcoholic dad ever since she was born, things always changed to a downside in her life. Until one day she meets a boy she truly appreciates having in her life. Suddenly everything takes a turn backwards to where she started. Will Asa and the boy she loves with all her heart, stay together? This story contains topics such as self-harm, eating disorders, abusive parents, sexual assault. If you don't feel comfortable with these topics, do not read this AND THERE'S NO SMUT! So sorry if you don't enjoy this book or the writing of this story, i started this in 2023 april i wanted to make something specific with mental health and things might not make sense in what i wrote but i still hope you do enjoy it!!
