"it is strange, huh?" she mumbled absently, her attention returning to the fireworks. this time, she looked thoughtful, her smile gentle, "people see them as a wish, or a promise, or even a confession. to me, they are nothing more than an innocent phenomena. hopelessly addicted to almosts and maybes," she glanced at him from the corner of her eyes, tilting her head ever so slightly, "do you know what i mean?" there were hundreds of things chishiya wanted to say in response to her question. no, i don't know what you mean. what are you, a child? fireworks are fireworks, nothing more. then, there were other things that ran through his mind. do i know you? do you know me? why do you haunt me in my dreams? in my life? what happened to me when i almost died by that meteor? what did i forget? why did you let me go? i love you, you know. i should've said it before. he wasn't sure where those last thoughts surfaced from. but rather than feel repulsed by the idea, it felt right. like he had known all along and now that the opportunity presented itself again, he didn't want to let it go. he turned his body to face her own, scanning her features more closely. her hair lay messily around her face, her clothes ordinary, and her eyes were bright. expectant, soft, knowing, and chishiya thought of the sun. and grinned, "i'm starting to." inspired by tangledComplete

"why do you play?" he asked one evening, finding you had been practicing alone while the other residents were outside in the pool. his finger had tapped on the page you were fixated on, allowing you to glance up and meet his gaze as well as read the lips that spoke of syllables deaf to your ears. you peered at him curiously, and for a moment chishiya thought that maybe he had spoken too quick for you to comprehend. but before he could fix his mistake you were fixing your bench and tapping on the keys, a melody entrancing his ears. many emotions hit him at once, leaving him in a daze and struggling to grasp onto them all. but he listened, he put his full attention to the sounds you played trying to give him what he wanted. it was giving him a sense of...clarity was it? is this what the music you had no ability to understand leaving you with? why? it left him frustrated, for he was not happy with the outcome of his curiosity. how were you able to find such solitude in the very thing you lacked? what did that leave him with? eventually the sounds ceased, until you stilled your hands and dropped them to lay in your lap. you peered up at him, awaiting his reaction and chishiya could only provide you with a fake enough smile to label him a phony, "how peculiar."Complete

Chishiya Shuntaro is a man with many faces. He wears a mask that shrouds his true intentions. One day, he meets a woman. His father and the woman's father decide to arrange a marriage between the two. 4 days post-marriage, the couple are out in Shibuya, buying clothes for Mrs. [name], Shuntarō. They suddenly get transported to a place with little to no signs of life. How will the newly-weds survive all these death games? Will they survive? || I do not own Alice in borderland, nor do i own the characters. I do own the made-up oc's, and the plot. || This is a world where surviving is a top priority. What will Chishiya's priority be? His wife, or his life? || lmao i made this without a second thought, and this is js for fun. Im excited to see where this goes, but yeah. i will post every weekend, either saturday or sunday. But, if i have any holidays, ill try post then.
