If you know what lingering pain grabs onto you everyday, then you would understand that sticks and stones hurt a lot less then the names we've been called because we've been called them all. We know that no matter who says what, or what they do to us can get under our skin and we gotta learn to grow. We gotta learn that mirror we glance into wont give us the proper image unless we stare. We gotta learn to look closer because there's something in us that made is fight after every piece of bullshit we've been through.

The Days With No Sun
Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. Where ever you look, you'll see a skinny woman, or a fit man. But what happens when you don't have that Ideal body? Do you work out? Diet? Starve yourself to the point where you can count your ribs?
