Free-spirited homebody Erica doesn't want to be queen. Which is fine, because her single, independent older sister Gemma is more than ready for the job.

But their father doesn't care about any of that. He thinks a queen ought to be married and producing heirs (Yes, he really says producing heirs) if she is to take the throne.

No matter how hard the girls try to convince him, the king will not budge. Gemma needs to get married at her upcoming birthday ball or he passes her over in favour of her sister being the next queen.

Desperate to turn their circumstances back right-side-up, the two concoct a plan to find someone for Gemma to choose who will definitely not choose her back.

But in order to do that, Erica is going to have to work together with her longtime crush. Who doesn't know she exists. She'll have to keep her feelings in check if she's going to convince him to help, but she might want to offer him a little something in return.

Niccola is a demi-queen undercover in enemy territory. Her little sister went missing seven moons ago, but one lead remains: a picture of a woman's face, drawn by a diviner shortly after the disappearance. Tracking her down has led Niccola to Calis, the realm next door whose border with her own remains closed for a reason. There, the trail goes cold. Until, that is, Niccola runs into a man in the marketplace who bears a family resemblance to the woman she seeks. His name is Isaiah, crown prince of Calis, and he's investigating disappearances, too. They join forces, faking courtship to sneak Niccola into the palace and get Isaiah's wedding-minded mother off his back. It doesn't take long to suspect that a common threat might underpin both their realms' problems. And as Niccola begins to develop real feelings for Isaiah, she's faced with an impossible choice: reveal her secrets and risk breaking his trust, or leave him in order to chase down the woman who stole her sister... a woman whose forbidden magic comes with a cost that could bring both realms to ruin. ❖❖❖ Complete and fully edited. Cover credit goes to @CeeMTaylor. Go check out her books too if you like Dark Fantasy Romance-she writes some pretty incredible stuff! Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated. | 18+| Sequel to 'The Prince's Choice'| Newly crowned king and queen, William and Jade stand at the brink of war. Their union has enraged William's mother into not just leaving King Uldard but also joining her brother; king Rowan. William's uncle sees this as an opportunity to break an alliance between the two realms with the goal to take the throne from his nephew. A once peaceful union between two kingdoms, has been broken. King Rowan is out to claim the kingdom he thinks should have befallen him after his father died, soon after his sister's hand was given to King Uldard many years ago. However, after hearing about his nephew's choice in bride, and seen with his own eyes how the girl had won not just the whelp's heart, but also the people's, Rowan fears that this queen will ruin his plans on merging the kingdoms. After hearing of a secret Jade is carrying, and that she is the only thing keeping William grounded and not his old hotheaded self, Rowan knows that the only way to overthrow the young king is to rob him of the only thing that brings him joy; his queen. And in doing so, he hopes that his nephew will become unfit to rule and lose the support of the people. To succeed, Rowan must find a way to separate Jade from William before the usurper ruins his plan on uniting his own kingdom with his sister's. He just needs to find a way to do it without provoking the cold and ruthless part of William. Start: June 2020

**A future king claiming the woman he loves.** Prince Alexander, heir to the throne of Valleria, takes his duties very seriously. So seriously, in fact, that he's followed duty over pursuing the woman he's loved for years. However, now it's time for him to marry, and he's tired of waiting. He'll pursue her despite royal objections, and despite her own. **A commoner falling in love with a prince.** Rebecca Campo loves her work as chief of staff to Princess Catharine, her friend and Prince Alexander's twin sister. Alex is every woman's dream, and it comes as a shock when he seems to want her. Even after their passions overtake them, Rebecca still doesn't believe they're meant for forever because she's only a commoner, not a future queen. **An unexpected threat that can destroy them both.** When a death threat is made against Alex, the whole family goes on alert. What no one counted on, however, was Rebecca getting caught in the crossfire. This novel features an older virgin and the future king who wants her, a royal family that loves one another (even while they annoy each other), and a look behind fictional palace walls. This is a standalone book in the series with no cliffhanger. Emotional trigger warning: discussion of potential assault. **NOTE: This is the 'clean' version of this story! If you'd like the full sexy, sweary version, you can download it for free now. * * * Meet the Royals of Valleria, a country as old as the fall of the Roman Empire. The reigning king and patriarch rules with his beloved queen. Nine children, now grown, ranging from the eldest twins to the youngest son, watch over the country they love and care for. Bound by honour, duty, and loyalty, follow their lives as they fall in love, face tragedies, and triumph against the evils facing them.
