The years flew by for Terran while in the King's guard. Being the brightest of the previous generation, promotion is in sight. Along with it, he gains a new batch of men, personally picked from surrounding settlements. 

Kai, Zephyr, and Tristan quickly form bonds with Terran. While excelling through his regiment's, the Commander takes notice. Banded into a special unit, the four take on various missions. 

One day, Terran and his new accomplices discover colorful gemstones. Calling out to the men, the stones beckoned to be held. Once their wishes are fulfilled, they embed themselves in their skin. 

Strange things follow the incident. War heading toward their shores, time is short. As they figure out clues about the treasures they harbor, they learn death follows them closely.All Rights Reserved
