Escaping her arrest for her unique devil fruit abilities, E.C Gwen is found adrift by a baby whale who takes her to his pirate friends. Captain Yorki and the Rumbar Pirates take Gwen under their wing and she joins their crew. She becomes close friends especially with Brook who teaches her the importance of music.
But the marine captain she fled from hasn't given up his pursuit. He would go to any lengths to make sure she's locked up.

How will Gwen do at fitting into the pirate life? Can she steer clear from the marine captain chasing her?
What does E.C stand for? And what exactly makes her devil fruit so unique?
