Slade Nakoi Locklear grew up knowing everybody in the small town of Normrock, Oklahoma. He was the typical college athlete who loved sports, music, and being around the crowds of people that naturally flocked to him. He wouldn't say he was popular, but being the captain for a winning stickball team had its perks.

The first day of his Junior year kicked off with a buzz. He caught glimpses of a mysterious new student that everyone wanted to gain the attention of. Though beautiful, otherworldly so, there was something strange about her that he couldn't explain.

Once he learned of her true identity, he just knew he had to help her in any way that he could. 

But falling the goddess wasn't at all part of the plan.
