"Just say it. I'm not afraid." Paela looks at him with an ounce of worry. "Just tell me how you feel, tell me I'm a human freak, just say it!" Yelling at the top of her lungs, tears reveal themselves

"Paela...your not a freak. Your beautiful."

Time stood still as her told her the words in his heart. No one has ever called her that before. No one.

This is a slow burn romance with multiple love interests so the first few chapters may be frustrating for some if they like instant action or dialogue between characters, but I promise I will try to make it worth your while.

You are Pia her N'avi name is Paela (I just made it up) I switch between the two names so I just put this here in case of confusion. I hope u like it please tell me what u would like to add and what I could improve

I loosely follow the plot of the Second movie but I also change some things to fit with the story....yea pls be patient wit me anyways

Enjoy :)

This story follows the first born child of the Olo'eyktan and Tsahik of the Omaticaya clan. Older sister to Neteyam, Lo'ak, Kiri, and Tuktirey. She was raised to be the perfect balance of Neytiri and Jake, maybe a little too perfect. Follow her story as she has to give up the only life she has ever known to keep her people safe. --**-- My grandmother notices my frozen state and makes her way to me. "My child..." I turn to look at her, "do not be afraid of life, do not be afraid of fate, be afraid of doing nothing to change it." As the words leave her lips, it sparks a dying fire in my heart. A fire I thought would extinguish along with my title. I smile and pull her into a hug, "I will find my way back to you one day..." I whisper in her ear. "I know, and when you do, you will be a different person. I cannot wait to meet her." With her final words, and a newfound light in my soul, I turn to follow my family down the pathway. I reach the end and mount Kxitx, and with one last look at my clan, I pull my headpiece over my forehead, yip to signal takeoff, and burst from the ground like a sapling reaching to the sun. And we were off. --**-- If you don't like the story, feel free to not read it. Don't waste your energy commenting you don't like something. Just move on. Your Best Friend's Brother | NeteyamxReader

1 part Complete

Oneshot drabble based on a Neteyam x Reader Tumblr request I received with a prompt around your secret crush on your best friend's older brother and his secret crush back on you. Story snippet: Lo'ak's lips curled in a derisive snarl of his own, "You can't have her, bro. I won't let you. She's my best friend. I see the way you look at her, Neteyam. You want her for yourself." "This doesn't have to be a you or me situation." Neteyam reasoned, "My interest in her and your friendship are not mutually exclusive things." "No, you can't have her!" The words were spat from Lo'ak in a vicious growl, louder now than before. "That isn't your choice or mine, Lo'ak! It's hers! But I have every right to express my wish to court her!" Neteyam countered.
