The world was upside down; the structures of reality had been twisted to unnatural contortions. Vampires ruled the world now. Though we had our own powers they out numbered us. We could either become them or we could pay with our lives. To be honest they didn't leave us much of a choice so I became one them....mostly.

I will be the first to say that I'm not sure why I happened to seemingly be reincarnated into one Caroline Forbes? I don't do cheerleading, sure I'm perky with close friends, I'm sometimes overly blunt, I say random things and I don't do well with being bossed around without retaliating. Waking up by a vamp who would like to play with me and then drain me is not exactly my idea of a good time. Add being thrown into the body of a 17 year old girl at the beginning of the school year when I'd much prefer not to have to go through school AGAIN. Ultimately it also makes me a bit curious about what'll happen when I truly die again, will I go to heaven?
