According to me this is world most difficult question. In each manner everyone without any difference between races, status and mindset cannot answer to choose between health or wealth.
People working hard daily to earn money without focus on health. It look practical in many way because with increase of population it become hard to earn live hood. Health is wealth only looks a line of philosophy now a days.
