Mizuko Kaiyotaki, a fifteen year old attending UA High. Her quirk is a mix of her parents Pro-Hero "Ryujin" and Ex. Pro-hero "Lorelei". Being the daughter of Pro-Heros gave her enough benefits as it did drawbacks, but that didn't stop her from overcoming hurdles as she continued to pursue her dream.
