I just thought that it was a good idea to make a sorta journal for myself to just throw how I am feeling day to day or when ever I can do it. Mainly because sometimes I don't really know how to word it out to people in a way that makes sense or I just don't want to be obnoxious, but to also put it there in case some one else finds it and has a similar thing.
This may mostly be about my college life and classes cause I can get overwhelmed very easy, I also have adhd so that can make it a little tricker too. If anyone is in a similar kind of way and has some things that work for them to not get burnt out share if u want to.
