Florence is a young girl coming from France with her family in the hope of a new life. Back when she was younger, she was traumatised as she inadvertently caused the death of an innocent man. She still has not got over it and is severely depressed. Nobody knows that side of her, though, because she never tells people about her trauma, and they would never guess that the popular French girl in their secondary school was not happy in her own life. Meanwhile, a new boy comes into the school from America. Immediately, the attraction is there for him, he just has to make her let him in. Will these two lovebirds end up together or will trauma break them apart?
