    There were many things that came with being a teenager: periods, boys and crushes, and new insecurities but these were the least of Katerina Vasiliev's concerns. All she wants to do is maybe not die before sixteen, save the world, and make sure she doesn't accidentally destroy it because of new hormones. 
    
    Although, that's kind of difficult when you have monsters fighting to get their claws on you, relatives who seriously need therapy, and the unbecoming of everything she thought she'd known before. 
    
    Thankfully, she has the companionship of an annoying frenemy and two dragons, all of which would fight tooth and nail for her happiness to prevail.
