Mulan has a brother?! Fa Ming. Or Ming Fa is the twin brother of Fa Mulan. Only 2 minutes Older than her.
It comes the time where Mulan needs to bring honor to the family, the match maker tells Her she never will. Then guards from the palace come to get men from each family for war. The Fa family decide to put both Ming and their father up. Their father refuses to not go.
So what happens when Mulan takes their fathers place instead? How will Ming help prevent his sister from getting killed? What happens when Ming also falls in love with the captain along the way?
