Everything from this point and on will take place after the ROTTMNT movie, if you haven't already, please go watch the movie to understand the context behind some of these situations. (Plus the movie is really good so please go watch it). Some of my personal headcanons will be thrown in here as well :) Summary: The brothers are now at home resting and healing from the big Kraang battle, Raph is blind in one of his eyes, Mikey is getting physical therapy to learn how to use his hands again, and Leo's shell is being healed. Donnie being the only one who wasn't incredibly injured decided to take all responsibility of stopping villians, even after promising to his little brother that he wouldn't leave the lair. This is the brain worm incident with Raphael being mind controlled, my version though, it's a story between Raph and Leo, it's a little repetitive and obnoxious, but I don't have time to fix it up right now anyway, the brain worm thing doesn't happen for a small bit. Raph and Leo got into a small argument, Raph storms off, gets attacked by Tigerclaw, he gets captured along with Leo, who tried desperately to defend him. Raph gets injured severely, and Leo is not coping well.
