Open House: For Sale

Penny, a 26-year-old dance teacher that learns that her boyfriend has cheated on her, decides to go out to drink her feelings out, when an attractive 40ish-year-old man, Carlos, approaches her and offers to buy her a drink. Things escalate quickly, with her ending up on his bed.
3 days later, she has a job interview for an assistant job, and when she sees who her interviewer, and potential boss, is she doesn't know whether to fleet or fight.
Who is he? Is she going to get the job? Will she learn how a house gets sold or how it gets wrecked?
