Izuku Midoriya, a kid that was obsessed with games ever since he bought his first one, is about to go see details about his quirk.

Most kids already have manifested them at his age, but sometimes they need a small push, or take a bit longer. 
So his mother has decided to bring him into the doctors office for a quirk exam.

He may be young, be he is already highly skilled at the small arcade-style games that his mother has bought for him, consisting of Geometry Dash, Tetris, and Osu!. Well, by highly skilled, I mean moderately good, which for his age of 5, is unbelievably high.

Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.
