Thorin, son of Thrain, is a Dwarven prince in the kingdom of Erebor. He lives in the Lonely Mountain with his siblings Frerin and Dis, his father Thrain and his grandfather, Thror. Thorin's life feels empty, he doesn't have luck with women and forging is the only thing to get him away from his dark thoughts.
Until one day, a hobbit appears. He seems like he has been wandering alone in the wild for a long time. He doesn't tell much about himself or his past. His past seem to haunt him. Still, Thorin deems the hobbit trustworthdy and decides to give him shelter. The company of this dwarf makes the hobbit, Bilbo, feel safe and at ease. Bilbo, for his part, makes Thorin feel loved and happier than ever. They realize that they have feelings for each other.
But what happens when Thorin's family finds out about the affair? And what about Bilbo's dark past...?

3 women expectantly find themselves in a world they read about in books. They end up helping a company of 13 dwarves and a wizard along with their new friend and father figure, Bilbo Baggins. These women all feel connected to middle earth and don't know why. They each have secrets that they keep from the rest in hopes of them finding out the truth about who they are and why they feel more at home. They all happen to find their real family but one of them learns a powerful secret about them. What is even more complicated is that they fall in love and try to run away because they know that they wont be staying long yet a part of them wants to know what will happen if they give in to their feelings? How will they handle what they are and What will they choose? Will they fight for what they want or will they run away, hurting themselves and the ones they love? This is a fanfic.
