Tis story shall be about the S.I.C of the Decepticons, who which was dealt with and given many chances but had reached that limit. The S.I.C was supposedly had Thier spark extinguished, they had somehow survived the damage to it's spark chamber and has a greeting to a cybertronian who had brought the ex commander back in a well condition...the seeker must get used to the other cybertronian it meets, along with it's predicon friend..
