Eli and his family live on top of a hill that overlooks Sirens Bay. His father is often at sea due to his occupation as a Beast Hunter, so Eli rarely see's him. All he really knows about his father are stories told to him by his mother and Aunt Bea. His brother James, is quiet and introverted. As the older brother, he feels it's his responsibility to protect his brother from the person he idolizes, their father. After the news of their father's passing, Eli jumps James, leaving the latter to drown his sorrows in alcohol. The next morning, James is nowhere to be found. 20 years later, Eli lives on the city and has secured a job as a Sea Beast Historian, focusing on mythology and lore. He no longer speakes to his brother, or sister. However after receiving a letter from an unknown person, Eli must find the courage to reach out and try to reason with his brother. Will the brothers be able to see eye to eye, and discover what really happend to their father?
