Two strangers are interconnected by a mysterious deity disguised as a deer when they are involved in a vehicular accident. They are introduced to one another in a series of dreams that details the heinous acts they've committed, and they must now hunt each other in a quiet, rural town they've been kept in so that the nightmares might go away. The rules are simple - they must find and kill the other before time runs out, or they will both be haunted for eternity by the souls of their victims. 

On the other end, a humble, local sheriff becomes entangled in the ordeal when casualties from the town he's sworn to protect starts to pile up. Will he be able to stop them and get justice, or will one of them succeed in escaping divine punishment?
