this is a little fantasy au. no one has quirks. 

in this story todoroki is the last dragon on earth and is not really a big fan of humans since they are kind of the reason todoroki is the last dragon. todoroki is usually known for destroying human villages until one day this dragon gets captured. A little green human feels bad and wants to free it.
