What if Elena has a twin sister. Harper Gilbert. What if Damon and Stefan have a third brother. Theodore Salvatore.  And what if.... those two fall in love. Theodore isn't their real brother. His parents abandoned him when he was 4 so he lived with Stefan and Damon. But he was pretty much their brother, he changed his last name to Salvatore when he was 12 and was disciplined the same way the other two were. And looked a lot like them, but wasn't even blood related.
