George had a good life. He and Caleb were in a great relationship, they had a couple of close friends, a cat and George's twitch chat. Until one day, that all changed. They got in an accident and it killed Caleb. Someone needs to help George cope. As a person tries to help George, George realizes that there might be something more than friendship.
