The year is 1997. Duck's driver, Charles is enjoying life on Sodor, until a research facility in Brendam had a reactor meltdown, spraying black, chemical filled fog everywhere,  causing hostile effects. Charles must now fight for his life and try and find a way off the island he once called home.
