The Vampire Mafia

It had been five hundred years since quirks had first appeared and at the beginning Yokohama had blocked it self off from the rest of Japan. Quirks spread rapidly through the world but some cities were quick to block them selves off from the rest of their country, and in time became like small countries themselves.

Few ventured into those cities now classed has countries now, everyone had heard tales of what those places were like, the villains that though the citizens would be easy pickings, those that got out alive were left stark raving mad. Some heroes had also entered. All Might being one of them, the international symbol of peace, undefeatable and all powerful but even he was scared after he left Yokohama. He said even the most ruthless of villains looked like primary school bullies compared to who rules Yokohama.

All Might rarely spoke about what happened in Yokohama, no one would believe him anyway. Who would believe in vampires anyway, but that what they were in Yokohama. The rise of quirks effecting human DNA also affected the supernatural beings that hid in the shadows. Before quirks a vampire would have to turn a human to make another, and most of those were just mindless thralls. Now a vampire could breed, the off spring would stop ageing in there twenties. These vampire also have what is known has abilities, stronger then quirks. It was a terrifying place even for All Might in his prime.
