Memories of the Past (a Life Series Story)
The story of what happened in between each life series. Adding lore and background to the YTbers and my own headcannon of the series explained. ⁺˚⋆｡°✩₊✩°｡⋆˚⁺˚⋆｡°✩₊✩°｡⋆˚⁺˚⋆｡°✩₊✩°｡⋆˚⁺˚⋆｡°✩₊✩°｡⋆˚⁺ Glancing down when the shopping district came into view and the chatter of people could be heard from a distance, Grian slowly started his descent, landing softly on the grass before pulling his wings in close and approaching the crowd. Xisuma noticed him approaching the group. "I see this is everyone who'll be coming today." He informed them all, a few heads turning to greet Grian how greeted them back. "That is all I suppose." Mambo replied with a nod, "So why exactly are we here?" he spoke again, asking the question that everyone gathered around was wondering. Xisuma just side, stepping aside letting everyone quickly gather around. Everyone around became puzzled at the sight in front of them. "....What...is that..." Someone within the crowd had asked in a clearly perplexed tone. "An egg idiot." Another voice piped up from within the crowd. Said egg was currently resting on what seemed to be a rushed nest of sorts. The egg was not an ordinary egg that's for sure, it was significantly bigger compared to a chicken's egg, it one could have assumed to was some sort of dragon egg (which grian heard someone suggest) but the egg was smaller than that and a whole different colour (which was a clean white somehow). A long time ago Grian was an admin of an amazing server, but he was kidnapped from it, never to see his friends again. Then, he escaped, but everyone was gone. Now he's found a new group to befriend, but they don't trust him. Has he truly escaped his past, or is it bound to catch up to him sometime? Dear Reader, This series is a watcher!grian AU but will alternate perspectives. I've only ever watched Pearl's and Grian's POVs of Hermitcraft so some creative liberties will be taken. This is not my first time writing but this is my first time showing my series to the public eye so please be considerate. Your Stupid Face A Desert Duo Story
To describe Scar & Grian's relationship, it is one of complete and utter loathing. The two have a deep-rooted dislike for one another, always wanting to bully each other every time they come near. However, whenever they do pass or see each other, they would get this strange feeling of warmth and joy that fills their guts. But they don't know what this sensation is, they just know that it makes them want to bully and torment the other even worse. It's such a unique feeling, no one can explain it, not even themselves. They just know that the feeling is there and they hate it. They hate it so much that they wont admit it or even talk about it, it's something unspoken but still a powerful and driving force between the two. Grian hated it, hating that feeling of warmth and attraction that Scar was causing. This completely flipped their relationship, as Grian started to want more of Scar's attention. However, he felt so conflicted about this feeling as well, wanting to fight and torment Scar but unable to resist the charms as well. This story is inspired by the song Your Stupid face by Kaden Mackay I hope you like it! Circle of Pine and Riddle
Grian is a senior majoring in Architectural Design at his dream college, horribly burnt out and disillusioned with the system. Scar is studying to open the Scarland park he saw every time he closed his eyes. Jimmy is just trying to cope with the loss of his parents when he needed them most, trying to figure out who he is. Joel doesn't know what he wants, but he knows he needs to become someone who can stand proudly next to the person he loves. Lizzie has only ever wanted to help people, And Gem just wants to do her part to keep their crumbling world together. Their teacher, Professor Mumbo, wants nothing more than to do right by his students. So, when the opportunity for a life-changing competition arises-a chance to win full tuition from an organization called the "Watchers"-he volunteers to chaperone. No one questioned it when the bus drove off into the Pacific Northwest. No one thought to check if the GPS was working. Now, they're stranded in the wilderness, far from civilization, with no way out. OR Professor Mumbo Jumbo, Scar, Grian, Jimmy, Joel, Lizzie, and Gem to a competition in Seattle, ran by an organization called the "Watchers," which promised to pay the winners tuition in full. Things go slightly awry when Mumbo gets them all lost in the middle of the Pacific Northwest wilderness. Oopsie! (I'll make a better cover eventually, lol)
