Maeve Hopper, a 19 year old girl who hasn't lived in the real world for long. Maeve was born in a lab with many other children like her, but however they weren't as strong as her. 


Maeve met the group awhile back, became best friends with the entire group, mostly Steve and Robin. They work together at Scoops ahoy, and sneak the children into the movie theater every day. 


She never really new Eddie, however Steve did. Eddie was Steves occasional dealer. But that will soon change, and Eddie has no idea that his life is about to change. 



It's been awhile, back in 1983 Maeve shut the gate. It's over, thank god it's over. Well, at least that's what they think. 

The year is now summer of 1985. And this year is going to be terrifying.

Book 1. *First couple chapters of Book 2 out now.* Welcome to Hawkins. Your life changes when Robin, your only friend, helps get you out of a bad situation. She and Steve quickly become your best friends after you move in with your cousin, Dustin. The long haired, ever himself, fellow student and good friend of Dustin, catches your eye. Navigating life isn't as easy as you'd hope but your friends and the so called 'freak' you've fallen for help. Trigger warnings for abuse/child abuse. Drug & alcohol use. Strong language. Sex/sexual acts. Self-harm/talk of suicide. Assault. There are not warnings at the beginnings of chapters. Some themes are rather dark and may be triggering - hence the warnings here. POV story, Y/N format. Slow burn, kinda. Heavy relationship focus leading up to the events in season 4. Not everything will fit with the show but it's a fiction anyway so *shrug* All Stranger Things characters obviously belong to the incredible Duffer Brothers. First story/book, whatever you want to call it, I've ever written. Typing this all up on my phone so please forgive me if the format is weird, I don't know how it varies across devices. People are still mentally recovering from the losses, while others are mentally fighting. The group being the only people who knows the truth of what happened, are doing their best to move on and have normal lives. Maybe what Jeanette needs is to fall in love with a DnD playing, rock obsessed, drug dealer named Eddie Munson...
