it was unfair to say though. seeing as they weren't the only odd family of supernatural creatures living in beacon hills. but the cuckoo crown's predecessors, otherwise known as the hales, were more than happy to give away their long-handled title.

what eli hale didn't expect however, was that his life would get more chaotic and, in his words- more irritatingly annoying, the moment a certain brown-haired girl arrived at their doorstep to ask if they wanted some of her self-made cookies.

oh, how much he hated those darn pesky cookies with an intense putrid passion.
