Finally! Harriet(hat kid) and Bonnie(Bow kid) were able to beat the snatcher and get back to collecting all their timepieces!

Or, so they hoped.  It might take a little while longer now that the ghost was a bit too careless with the chaotic magic of time. 

Now with a new problem on their hands, they have to toss it onto the back burner before Matilda(mustache girl) can use the timepieces to take over the planet. 

Can they fix the snatchers mistakes?
Will they stop global takeover?
Will the proper flow of time be restored?
Was it ever broken...?
