Hanahaki disease: Hanahaki develops when somebody has one-sided love. It is very VERY rare. The person's lungs fill up with flowers, the favorite color of their love. Eventually the flowers fill their lungs and they die. It can be healed if the person's love returns their feelings. But if the person gets rejected, they will die faster. Or they can have an operation, but they lose all memory of their love.
