The people on Nita are plagued with a disease that leaves survivors with unusual powers.   Kevin, a teenage boy with the ability to shape shift, is the son of the man in charge of trying to stop the mutations.   He was told to keep his powers a secret, for fear of endangering his and his father's life.   But it's already too late. On one horrible night, the boy is taken and fake evidence for his death is left behind  The leader of the organization called RESIST wants Kevin's powers for their advantage. His ultimate goal, given from the scientists, was to be a clone of the turtles who saved Earth from the Krang invasion while possessing the Krang's ability to shapeshift. One day, he manages to break free, causing havoc in the facility and fleeing from the scene. Constantly chased by forces of the facility, he gets spotted by the turtle mutants and was accused as a villain. He tries to deny it but struggles with the turtles poking around him and constantly being on chase. An au of one of my favorite oc, inspired by rottmnt.
