Upon the start of a new civilization, suddenly assassins seem to be in high demand. In order to fill this demand, the young criminals of society are allowed freedom in exchange for their service as trained killers for the government. A school, Metanoia United, is formed in order to train these delinquents and polish them into something of value to the cause. METANOIA follows the story of Ryo Saito and Amos Chambers, two boys enrolled in this university whose paths seem to continuously cross, for better or for worse.All Rights Reserved
