In a world without dreams. Aylin, an assassin who has the ability to dream, is sent unknowingly to do an impossible task, killing Cyra Solis.

This story is one about a girl. A girl who had a talent for killing people. At least that was the talent that mattered, knife-wielding hands and eyes that could see sins without regret. She had eyes like drops of the moon and dark hair like an oak's bark. Her name was Aylin, Aylin Thana Loon.

This girl, Aylin, her story is one of many. This story starts in a building.

A building just like any other in London, tall and lean with small windows showing nothing inside and old bones. Beautifully still, blocking out the blinding sun to passerbyers. No one seemed to think anything of it. Tourists might pose to take a photo mesmerized by the enchanting cream concrete and sculpted decor. Picturing statues of a stranger long gone, lion heads with a roar ever-lasting, and more.

To people who listened to the whispers of rumors and to the people who lived in London's eternal high society, however, this building housed the most deadly assassins syndicate there ever was. This syndicate's name dearest readers was The Black Sapphire Syndicate. Don't be fooled by the pretty name just as alluring as the building they reside in. These assassins hit their mark in seconds, only a fool would run.

His methods are unorthodox and frankly illegal, but the town loves his Robin Hood heroics. However, the gang gets more than they bargained for when the Mendoza cartel rolls into town, determined to knock them off the map. As the threat hits closer to home, Cash has no choice but to team up with his ex-girlfriend Tiana's neighboring girl gang, the Hearts of Spades. Soon allies become enemies, families get trapped in the crossfire, and romance brews as Cash fights to unravel a massive conspiracy that puts everyone that matters to him at risk. When the stakes are life and death, will the gangs be able to overcome an enemy more powerful than any of them could have predicted?
