The Tent-O-Telepathy was the most famous attraction of the pacific northwestern region. Tourists came to see the Magician, Stanford Filbrick Gleeful.
He specialized in illusion, spells, and mind-blowing tricks that aimed to impress. He made himself an empire out of harnessing magical energy through a pendant he wore around his neck.
With him were his niece and nephew, Mason and Mabel Gleeful.
They were twin siblings and shared the same ability to use magic and shared similar wit. They had a strange obsession with dark subjects like murder, torture, black magic, the Underworld, demonic entities, and much more.
Nearby, a polarizing opposite family was approaching to put a stop to their antics.
Fiddleford, also referred to as Dr. F or McGucket, worked as a researcher in the town, studying the town and its well known oddities.
He had an interest in the weird and unexplained.
Gideon Pines and Pacifica Southeast were cousins who were sent to live with their grandfather as a way to get out of the city life and bond. They were both only children in their respective homes.
With a town filled with broken memories, abundant in the weird, and secrets only those destined to hear them lurking underneath - it was only right that these families had rivalry. But when a larger force comes from the other side, it's up to the cousins to try and mend the fences between then.

The first anomaly was Stan Pines. I knew him as Stanley, he had always been Stanley when I was younger, when it was just him and I, but his niece and nephew knew him as Stanford (or Grunkle Stan). When I left Stan's care 21 years ago, I thought I knew him better than anyone. Sure, I was five, and sure, we probably didn't talk about everything but... You would've thought he'd have mentioned his brother. Stanford Pines was the second anomaly. I had spent an entire month in his room, never recognizing it was actually his.
