Avery Luxe suspected something was a little off when her kind schoolmate tried to Kidnap her when she was just six years old. Nevertheless, she lived a relatively normal life among other humans.

It wasn't until she bumped into the devilishly Charming fallen angel, Miles Wilson, that her life finally began to make sense.

However, Miles proved to be brave and seemed to have an obsession with Avery. Avery soon learnt that Miles had taken an oath never to Love a human being.

When Avery's kind schoolmate is injured in an unfortunate accident, Avery realises her own life is at risk.

Despite Miles's Past, Avery finds herself falling for the fallen angel. Only fate will decided whether he kills or protects her.

One night, an old Friend appears before Avery and warns her of a darkness within Miles. The Friend gives Avery the Silver Dagger - the only weapon that can defeat the fallen angel.
