Heart-Rending Tragedy

Makoto Morikawa, a young adult who loves nature and poetry, is learning to cope with life alone in modern-day Tokyo, Japan. With the return of his best friend, Miyata Katsuro, Morikawa is introduced to the world of the FORSAKEN - a group of individuals who tore away their humanity in exchange for powers beyond humanity's wildest imagination. Now, Makoto Morikawa must learn to navigate these new, highly dangerous waters, while also trying to hold on to his own humanity.
