Xie Lian and Hua Cheng adopt a magical child after saving him from his neglectful guardians and raise him as their own. Young Harry Potter eventually goes to Hogwarts with his Body Guards Fu Yao and Nan Yang.  He meets a boy of unnatural strength named Miyazawa Kenji. 

Pairings: Harry/Kenji, Hualian, Beefleaf, Ronmione, and maybe Daphne/Draco. 

(Now this part hits more on the crush side but I can see the Romance begin somewhere in book four-six)
