Skyla was his home, his everything. He loved her with everything in him, but when Sam left for college, John buckled down and made Dean leave Skyla. Both Skyla and Dean were devastated, but Dean followed his father's orders like he always had before.
Dean needed to save Skyla. Skyla needed Dean to save her. Saving Skyla meant telling her everything; everything she didn't already know. Would Skyla be able to accept that Dean was a hunter? Would Skyla be able to accept that her life was in danger since she had been involved with Dean for so long? Would Dean leave her and everything they ever had behind just to protect her and himself? Would they die for love, or will their love be ended abruptly by John and his orders?
In the end, life may not always have the happy ending someone was promised. The happy moments, the smiles, and the laughs didn't always end with a happily ever after. Sometimes life had twists and turns nobody could expect, but sometimes good things happen, and even better things come after it...
