How to Find Yourself [Completed]
Are you feeling lost? Do you feel as though you are walking through life without any purpose or direction? Or do you feel like you've never had an opportunity to find what you like and dislike? Sometimes life puts us in paths that make us change behaviors without noticing. After a while, you begin to notice yourself doing things you said you'd never do. No way out
It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression. I believe that anyone suffering from depression might correlate with this. hopefully -ironically- it will be of use to anybody and to see that you are not alone in this.Complete
